This package provides you the digital products for 3 items:

2) Pre-diabetes and NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme Script

You will be prompted to download a zip file that will then contact the three separate files. 
 
Healthcare Video Template Playbook (16 page guide!)
This puts everything together. The other two scripts will take you through what to say. This will show you how to record with the equipment you have (generally a smartphone and some dedicated microphones). How to use CANVA to then upload these videos and make engaging videos and then finally how to personalise it to your practice. 
 
The last section in the book does give you a breakdown of how to upload these videos onto YouTube and a quick run through guide. Thankfully YouTube is fairly self explanatory! But it is useful to give you something to work with. 
 
The video scripts contain the following:
1) Break down of what to say for each 'page' on CANVA
2) Suggested video titles
3) An example description to put onto YouTube - this will need adjusting to your own local referral pathways. 
 
Prediabtes and NDPP
This video template gives you a summary of pre-diabetes and why it is important to your patients. It then goes onto breakdown to the NDPP and how to get referred into it. 
 
This assumes a 'new diagnosis' of pre-diabetes and so gives the patients enough information to work with from that aspect.
 
Diabetes remission programme:
This video script assumes some knowledge of diabetes. It then goes through the referral criteria for the programme. 
 
Using this with patients:
Both videos assume that you have used this with a message (i.e. AccuRx) with a 'reply' function. This (I have found) is an excellent way to engage with patients. You may wish then to have a specific page on your online request (i.e. SystmConnect) if you wish. 
 
Work required:
To film, upload and edit all of this, I would set aside around 2-3 hours. You will though get quicker as you get used to it.
