Refund Policy
​At DocSupport, all of our products and services are digital and/or delivered on a service basis.
As such, all purchases are non-refundable once the service has commenced or access to any digital materials or products has been provided.

By purchasing any of our services or digital products, including mentorship programmes and downloadable guides, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are committing to a digital service or product delivered either immediately or over a defined or ongoing period
• Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual effort and external factors
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of time, or failure to engage with the service

Cooling-Off Period Waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may normally have a 14-day right to cancel services or digital purchases made online.
However, by purchasing our services or digital products, you expressly request and consent to the service or digital content being provided immediately. By doing so, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the service has commenced or access to the digital content has been provided.

Digital Products
For digital products (such as guides or downloadable resources), access is provided immediately upon purchase.

By completing your purchase, you:
• Consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
• Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download or access has been provided
Definition of Service Commencement
The service is deemed to have commenced upon the earliest of:
• Scheduling or delivery of the first mentorship session
• Provision of access to any digital materials or resources
• Any onboarding or initial support being provided

Exceptions
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that:
• The service or product is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or
• The service or product is not provided as described
we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund where appropriate.
